Cheers for the link on the Tugs. Not as nice looking, but better than a slack chain.
I think the colour was 2005 also from Armourtex :)

Any reason those DKNY forks look back to front?

Looking good Rob.
I can't believe you got those wheels with out paying any import tax... jammy sod! (although it did take a while before i received the bill from FedEx when i got stuff from that place)You definitely need to chop those bars down though... be like riding a reindeer ;-)
...and don't worry about chaintugs, just keep an eye on the tension and re-adjust if it slacks off.
(its Tom by the way)

It's because they are!
Just keep the bolts done up really tight and your chain shouldn't slaken off too much

motman... What happened to Tomb... Going stealth?
As for the bars. Am holding off on anything drastic until I've got my seatpost / seat on and can properly get a feel for how far it is. As you know, am a short bastard, so its probably miles too long. Thats what you get when you only buy cheap things from ebay though :)And yeah, chain tension isn't an issue on my MBK, just have to be carful to do it up nice n tight when I change tires/tubes.
The wheels came via Parcelforce Worldwide. So maybe they changed couriers?

What's that brake lever? Looks sweet!

the side of the hub shown in the pic is the fixed side. two different threads. one for cog, one for lockring. right and left hand threads respectively... the free side is the other side. one thread only, right hand thread.
.Not necessarily. It may well be a fixed fixed hub. You can run a free wheel on a fixed thread with no ill effects.

Its a Paul brake lever.. V nice indeed :)

The hub has fixed / free, so yeah need to spin it around and pop it on the other side I guess. Free being the one thread, the fixed being the stepped threads... (I think)
