I walked out of the cinema through the Korean version of Cruel Intentions (can't remember the name).
You mean Untold Scandal which is based on Dangerous Liaisons on which Cruel Intentions is also based.
Shame it is a brilliant movie.

Steven Segal! you got to be careful dissing him man, talk like that could come and round house you one day. i think there is a place on this world for a cop turned bad, or bad cop with a heart. its not a crap film cause it doesn't fail on its promise.
The only film i have walked out on in a while was "Knocked up" - i didn't even smile, it was so predictable. i then fell asleep during superbad.
Oh with you on Irreversible. great movie! sadly Tartan have gone under so be interesting to see how these edgier films will make it to our libraries...

That's no problem. You just have to run away. Segal can't run for jack! He always runs like someones shoved a broom handle up his arse.

The Postman. That film is unbelievably awful. It was nearly ok, but just costner's appalling timing made it unwatchable. It's like every time he opens his mouth in the film he finds it necessary to pause for dramatic effect, but the pauses are always far too long.
VeeVee, who directed untold scandal?

The simpsons film was terrible. Only time I've ever fallen asleep in the cinema. Oh and that thing with Daniel day Lewis that won all the Oscars recently. That was total cack! I think if I ever saw that new mama Mia film it would be my most hated film ever. I hate it with a passion just from the trailer.

When I was a student we found a vhs cassette in the street, turns out it was Hackers. We watched said film and promptly threw it back in the street where it belonged. Utter bollocks.

Fucking excellent movie. Pretty much has to be my favourite film ever made. The guy who made that, Gasper Noe, is a seriously hardcore film-maker. His whole 'bit' is no-compromise 'reality'. So if its violence he's showing, he wants you to feel it in yer belly. If its love/romance, equally he's commited to showing it 'how it is'. Check his other films.
On the subject of Belluci tho, she did another film with her man Vincent Cassel called 'Dobermann'.. mate.. that is one truly awful, yet hugely entertaining film.

Someone posted this review at our work intranet site. When I am down I read as it never fails to amuse and yes I love the film:
*Arnie and Danny DeVito star in this newly released sure fire winner.
DeVito plays the role of a loveable rogue, short in stature but long in one-liners. Muscle bound Arnie, raised on an desert Island appears to have a perfect life. But wait; and here's the genius of the film - they are both adopted.
Arnie decides to pack his bags and head for America to find his parents. Devito, just wants to find a fast buck.
Well the two bump into each other and ...
guess what... amazingly these two are twins.
Hilarity reigns as these two established actors wear similar clothes and display similar body movements when using the lavatory.
Is this a great film? "You tossing my cookies" This is a definitive moment in film craft. The best thing I've seen since King Ralph.*

Okay haven't seen this yet but my brother urged me to watch some film with Jude Law, Cameron Diaz, Jack Black and Kate Winslet in it called "The Holiday"? He said was watching it with his girlfriend and I think they both adopted the prone position with a cushion to bite on by fifteen minutes in...
the Peter Bradshaw review is hilarious..http://film.guardian.co.uk/News_Story/Critic_Review/Guardian_review/0,,1966936,00.html

I didn't watched The Holiday thankfully, an American film that seemed to be filmed in our little island doesn't seem like a reciept for a good vegeterian meal.
what made up my mind about not watching it is simply from my friend (she's from Alabama with bizarrely enough, a British accent, fancy that) telling me about the plug.
that's it, the plug, apparenty in the early scene, that lass, Cameron? probably was trying to get the coffee machine to work, and then Jude (I think) came in, pointed out that the power plug wasn't plugged in.
she then went on to said that she knew the UK have an on/off switch that America doesn't, she pointed out that it would be funnier if the plug was switched off rather than not plugged in, I mean we usually turn it off, not pull the entire plug off!
base on just that, I knew the movie is already in the rubbish dump near Brixton market after been thrown out of Woolworths.
and as if by some magic instant karma,my neighbour has just put on bob marley really loud. i'm off out.
