Octalink BBs are pretty common - chainreactioncycles.com have 8 different sorts from £14.99 to £34.99 - I am no expert when it comes to chainlin/octalink, so you will need to ask about.

Blue Ourys = £5 sound good ? (they are brand new)

Extralight Ultra Levers, 32g each (64g the pair) - I am afraid they cost 169.00 EUR (£135) !!

So I would be looking for at least £80 as they are brand new - I am guessing they are more likely to go on some weightweenie MTB website, not here amongst the scum of fixed wheel soddom.
