Yeah, I'd steer clear of a Madison. Leave it to the professionals.

+1.
Even if we survive we stand no chance of working out who won.
Anyone remember the elimination last time "number 17 and the bloke who's got his number on the wrong side"?

this sounds beast, gutted i missed the last one after doing the induction
day before i go back to uni so should be able to make it :)stupid question time: how does HH know uve done the induction, it wasn't formal exactly last time, nothing to prove after that i had done it, so there not going to make me do it again are they?

If we find out you've lied, you are obliged to fall on your own sword.

Every body should get down there and do it, no excuses.
I don't want to be spinning round there with someone who hasn't ridden on a track before. -

would definitely call for some longer races (10+ laps). Gives the opportunity for us all to race on the track without things getting TOO messy with people dropping off as they are lapped by front runners.

edit: oh I see what you mean now

i now have a track bike that doesn't have a downward kink in the top tube! I can play too! I need to get down to HH for an induction (and actually learning how to ride fast mightn't be a bad idea too)

How does this work with bikes / hire bikes?
I'd be really keen to come down and have a go but have only just bought a charge plug and am thinking that it might be a bit spinny for this?
Do most people ride their own but with higher gearing than they would use on the road?
like a bun fight in the bakers...
