  • there was a line about chris boardman in "the final hour" saying that his body stooped producing testosterone due to the intense training regime which sounded to me a bit of dull explanation but now you are pointing in the same direction... enough traing and you save on razor baldes. it all makes sense suddenly.

  • Well, it's good to see Barloworld have properly arrived.

  • was it due to training? i thought it was just a condition he developed?

  • cadel plays to his strengths - ie don't lose time in the mountains, and then place very high in the time trials and take minutes out of the likes of ricco and sastre. he's not a pure climber, so shoot him! it worked for indurain and ullrich...
that crash has clearly hurt him, judging by the way he lashed out at reporters who were deliberately poking his left shoulder during an interview after the last stage. i reckon he rode an awesome stage on monday, considering how much pain he must've been in.

  • thats what i thought too but the voice over came up with that rather far fetched explanation

  • On again, I think.

thank god. Thats much better than the cycling fans website video.

  • Heh heh heh. I love El Diablo

  • Cool shot eh? :)

  • Come watch in the Offside Bar... They sell beer... Only 22k left tho'...

  • that was a funny old stage, especially watching the feed with the commentary about 1/2 a k behind the picture!

    wtf.

I thought it was an aussie reporter, why would he poke him deliberately? He's a spooky bloke with spooky eyes. I remember him giving the reporters a bit of a tough interview last year too.

Having said all that I'd kind of like him to win.

  • Interesting..

Even if the time bonuses from last year's Tour de France would have been used, Cadel Evans (Silence-Lotto) would still lead Fränk Schleck by one second. The bonus system last year saw the winner receive 20 seconds, the second place 12 and the third place eight seconds. Evans finished third in stage six, the same placing Schleck managed up in Hautacam.

  • yea interesting, but just coincidence

  • i just don't like the cut of his jib.
questionable ancestry and an uneducated accent.
he's no gentleman and i wouldn't trust him with aidans sister.

  • Yes, an interesting coincidence.

  • Yeah, a coincidence, but just interesting.

  • just but coincidence, interesting yeah

  • this is so interesting

  • But it's just a coincidence.

  • this is so coincidental

  • Two posts with words related to 'coincidence' - how interesting !

  • It may be of interest to you that a number of posts have coincided, interestingly, containing the words 'hippy', 'is' and 'fat'.

  • It's interesting or perhaps coincidental that most people on this forum type 'fast' incorrectly, leaving out an 's', especially when combined with the other two words 'hippy' and 'is'.

  • Ricco has tested positive for EPO use according the l'Equipe.
