  • fred if you want to take the computer tonight i am not drunk :)

  • cool - thanks tika that's a good plan!

  • think I might come down, I say that every week but will make an effort this time :)

  • I will be coming round tonight, what sort of time is best.I really need to learn how to track stand & skid any good tips for this first timer.

  • i will be in attendance, starting to get the skids down. need some inspiration for other tricks to try.

  • well considering I was supposed to only stay for 10 mins that was a really good night guys, I felt I learned a good couple of new things tonight. Sorry you were on your way out as I was on my way up Pete! Hopefully you and Liam can make it again next week for a bit longer.. Tika good to see you puttin in the time buddy... Robofoxx and makenzie you were a great addition seeing as between us and Matt we really got to grips with new stuff... Matt that backwards circle-through-the-frame is still pending, the lower part of the leg keeps getting smacked past a certain part of the turn... back to the drawing board next week dude (and once again nice work on the frame, hope it "stays" put hehe..) Bristly and friend (Guy?) were hilarious riding two bikes at once, hopefully Fred has some photos of that. Also good teamwork on the backwards cycling guys, looked great.

really enjoyed tonight as I say, this is becoming a good spot as the nights draw in. cheers all.

  • was only there for five minutes but indefintely going to come round next tuesday for sure, now that I know where it is exactly.

  • nice to get back up on that roof again if somewhat briefly.
Im now obsessed with backwards circles...anything to avoid confronting wheelies.
Who was that kid by the way....hes going places. Nice to see you Bristly and friend, (your backwards riding team effort was an interesting spectacle) Dougie fresh and Phil and Ed on my way out...next time. Felt like Autumn though eh?

  • i wish i could have stayed more but i had kiddie duties!
thanks to helen for giving me some trackstanding tips
thanks to the guy with the pink rim that gave me skidding tips as well as matt and the pink rims' friend [don't know the names]
sorry fred that i didn't catch you i feel bad!

  • I was 2 hours late - why feel bad? see you tonight.

great night though (when I did eventually get there). More photos to come. getting there....

  • After jumping around on my back wheel, I loosened my spokes up bad enough to drop my london calling spokecard, rode all the way home, realised it was missing when I got home, rode back to the carpark and found it, put it in my pocket, rode home, realised I'd lost it again! So annoyed. Ah well, good night anyway. Will stay longer next week fo' sho'.

    Hello,

I'm the pink rim man (oooh er!)

my friend was called Guy although he's not registered on the forum yet. It was his fault I got into riding fixed in the first place back in his courier days.

    nice to meet you.

    see you all next week.

  • surely that makes it more difficult?
