Cold lasagne meat and cheese in bread = Somewhere I don't wanna go...

But a Tesco one?
I love Lasagne, but those cheap ready meal stuff are fucking awful.

A lesson learned today..... when playing with the angle of ones handle bars..... it's important to remember to tighten the locking nut properly.... otherwise..... it's.....
.....not pretty, not clever and a proper fail.

Me, last night after a few beers trying to clip into my pedals with my cafe covers still on...

You ok?!
I had this happen on a unipak once while speeding along around a bend. Came off straight into an elderly lady who was less shocked than i was cause she picked me up, dusted me off and sent me on my way with a few kind words. -

does this one still work?
I'm always a little mystified by the whole transition (T1) process. It seems like a few seconds spent putting your shoes on properly before getting on the bike would pay dividends later, even at the sprint distance.

I'm fine thank you...... lurched forward, bike almost went over my head, back wheel well off ground, regained balance, weaved across road, in a mad "don't worry I really know what I'm doing" kinda thing... forgot I was clipped in, panicked even more, yanked on breaks, stopped sharply, and fell off....landing on my Frag in my back pocket. and then.... I think the phrase might be 'doing a Pontiff'.... gently kissed the ground..... all this to cheers from a bunch of scaffolders.
Over the years I've often wondered how I could gain the interest of a bunch of scaffolders...... in a positive way.... this was not a positive way.
I am expecting a quite spectacular bruise on my rear buttock where I landed on aforementioned Fag......
Only real damage to pride. I am a muppet sometimes. :-)

Aye, My routine involves sitting down on the floor (dizziness from the swim exit befuddles my head) putting my shoes on quickly and running to the bike mount zone in my cleats taking care not to slip. That said a couple of seconds either way doesn't make that much difference over a 10 hour race!
Every second does count for the elites, but what I don't get is that in ITU events you are allowed to draft, so surely a couple of seconds lost in T1 doesn't make much of a difference so long as you get yourself into the lead group on the bike.

Why all this to gain the interest of Max?

Did this whilst adjusting clip on aero bars. Tried to slow a little whilst stretched out on to them, ended up with one hand on either side of my front wheel and with the rear about 4 foot in the air. Incredible endo, very luckily I didn't stack it...
Always carry and allen key.

This is an amazing sandwich. It's an actual piece of lasagne (i.e. not lasagne flavour etc) between two pieces of bread. Trust me it is win.

A paella sandwich was released at the same time. Not so sure about that one...

What???
'Trust me it is win'???And what other culinary delights do you have in your repertoire, Master Crowe?
A Bombay Badboy?
A tin of noodle doodles?
A crisp sandwich?

A crisp sandwich?
Who doesn't love crisp sandwiches? Not as good as cream cheese and doritos, but still good.

Crisp sandwiches are good, but you wouldn't serve them to guests.
They are not 'win'.
I like to fill my mouth with ham sometimes.
This also isn't 'win'.
