i reckon this is a win but still, "keep walkin!"
Done the exact same thing once, except i wasn't on the wrong side of the road.
Didn't know how to react so just didn't say a word and rode off...The guy was harking on about you shouldn't be cycling here etc.

same here, hit a guy crossing the road between parked cars (first rule of tufty club), got confused and just rode off

I hit a little kid blasting through the park on my BMX. 4 years old or less, just ran under my wheels. I thought I was being careful enough and looking well ahead for space to ride through. But when you have unpredictable little kids, that goes out the window because they might actually aim and run straight under your wheel which is what happened.
I braked hard but it was too late, slammed the kid under the front tyre. Luckily the he was seemingly fine (I expected broken bones & concussion). The father of the kid actually brushed it off at nothing saying it was the kids fault. But I felt so guilty that I felt ill.

I was cycling with my girlfriend down in Farringdon, just past YO!Sushi, lights go red, traffic completely stopped and we just try to squeeze it through cars and a double-decker to get to the front of the traffic.
We're cycling in a single line when suddenly people just start appearing from everywhere, crossing the street between the immobilized traffic. My Mrs tries to avoid hitting a woman and brakes, jumping off the saddle balancing her weight.... I smashed against her, KAABOOM!!!!.... result: broken saddle, broken brake cables for both, untrue wheel for me, and the woman she avoid hitting had the nerve (with both of us laying on the road), to come shouting: " you are mad, watch where you're going..."I can tell you it was the closest I've been to physical assault, ever, to anyone.

I hate that, someone runs out in the road oblivious, then have a go at you!
I was surprised today when someone actually ran out in front of me today and actually apologised. a polite person in Edmonton of all places, almost choked on my own saliva!...

its a good quick come back though. and the ped know's it,

^ it's a massive fail. Wrong way down a busy street. If I were the ped I wouldn't look up the street either, so the rider is a utter twat for trying to justify himself.

Agreed. They're both in the wrong, but the cyclist seems easily the bigger cunt.
I also hate the fact that he is labelled as a 'businessman' (and therefore deserving of being put in his place) just because he's wearing a suit. He's probably no more of a business man than you or I.

Oh yeah, and this is just what happened when I was knocked off two months ago, except I wasn't on the wrong side of the road nor filming it. Another cyclist just rolled out in front of me suddenly.

I always look both ways when I'm crossing any road, or pulling out onto one-way streets, because of cyclists. I often have a go at pedalling wrongcocks on Curtain Road when I pull out of Bateman's Row.

I do this.. A hang up from too much foreign travel/living abroad in days of old.

Are we going to start posting Jim Davidson's club act next? There is funny race based comedy out there, but this isn't it, so a more appropriate title might be "Least funny spoof commercial ever"

might be why it's in the fail thread.....

I didn't think trying to be funny and failing was at the core of the meme, but I suppose we're a broad church.

I can't imagine it actually works, and is probably some sort of advertising prop, but it's ridiculous!

I found this in my spokes this morning.
Some say the best revenge is living well. Other say that it's being in your house, sleeping with your daughter. WAC.

Dangerous really. House owner invites brick through window, shit through letter box etc. etc.

If it is the same, it was part of an exhibition, as in Artistic, so not really a fail, is it!?
Not everything presented to us needs to make sense, or have a reasonable explanation.
; )
WAC. The surprise is that the suit wasn't on the phone to his lawyer before he hit the ground.
