I somehow doubt the man in the boot was concerned with the safety of Mr Selfie.

I can't find the link now but someone on Reddit or 4chan slowed down the video and showed that if the guy hadn't put his boot into the guy's face, it would have been a big sharp metal edge instead which could have done some serious damage.
