no internal headset, American bb, and titanium for a bmx, and rocker dropouts!

I remember an article in Ride magazine which was all about Titanium being the absolute best material for a BMX frame. This was in relation to street frames.

Recently people have been using Ti for race frames (check Shanaze reades bike for example) so it cant be all bad for that either.

With the 2" tyres BMXers typically roll around on, would you even notice flex in the frame? surely whatever is least likely to break at a given weight is more important?

Headset wise there are pro's and cons for each. I remember having a dialogue with the staff at WTP about it when the complete bike companies were switching over. They agreed they were switching over just for hype/fashion and ease of installation rather than durability/function.

Surely, for best possible function BMX's should switch over the 1.5" format regardless of whether it is an inny or outy?

Thursday night I drunkenly fall off my bike, rechipping my tooth. This is bad enough but I since found out I lost one of my Dromarti gloves as well and they're no longer available. fuckityfuckfuck.
