  • More advertising fail:

"Nokia has apologised after it emerged that an advert featuring video footage which appeared to have been filmed with its new flagship smartphone had in fact been created using different equipment."

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-19499879

But... Adverts aren't real, are they. It's all licentia poetica. Domestos doesn't really fight any army of tiny monsters, Samsung Galaxy or iPhone freezes when multitasking, Nissan Quashqai ain't one of the Transformers and so on...

  • Liar

  • A mate of mine works at a school where they gave these bands out.

  • Racist spelling

  • Made in China

  • Made in Chain?

  • I did not

  • Just watched latest episode of Dr Who. This shot was near the end...

  • What about it?

  • Is it not flipping obvious?

  • Spain is east of the middle east

  • It's still not quite as good as this one, from Spooks...

  • thats just a very old photo

  • Is it not flipping obvious?

Spain is east of the middle east

You are more observant than me. I couldn't identify the shape of a single country.

I presume that Mark Williams drinking tea from the door of a police box didn't bother you :-)

  • Not in the slightest, there was nowt wrong with the Earth in that shot.

  • It's still not quite as good as this one, from Spooks...

    That was before EU

  • Spain is east of the middle east

Isn't that simply a view in the side mirror of Tardis?

  • France really is that much smaller and further away. It just looks bigger and closer because of the way they do the maps.

  • It's perspective innit, if you we're looking at the telly from a different angle, it'd all make sense.

  • If you're looking at the telly from Dunkerque France appears bigger.

  • from Spooks...

I remember they put one of these

    into here

    http://www.quatech.com/email/images/pcmcia-slot.gif

    To read the spy data

I'd love to find the episode

  • Are you sure it weren't these?

  • Well at least it is a RAM chip.
They could have used an op-amp or an ir controller because they liked the shape more.

  • I have to give Spooks credit for not making absolutely everything electronic make loud beepy dot-matrix-printer sounds like CSI.

  • I was always curious if NASA or Pentagon have those beeping things whenever something appears on the screen (Call of Duty-like, by the way).
