I don't think he was implying they do. merely that it's an unfortunate juxtaposition that could cause offence hence it being in epic fail rather than say memes or another thread where the onus would be on how funny it is.

If we are talking about Embarassing Bodies the only epic fail was the bloke workign as a barman who said the regulars were complaining he smelt of shit. He investigated and noticed anal leakage.
