I went to the local Chinese supermarket today, stocked up on all sorts of Asian staples and got home to find my 1 litre bottle of thick dark soya sauce had smashed inside my bag. Glass everywhere, black sticky mess everywhere and on everything including my clothes, toolbag and wallet.

Definitely a FML moment.

Face kill a definite option. Actually might just chuck the whole thing in the washing machine. Lorry tarp inner sleeve should wipe clean but a funk is a funk apparently.

The quickest solution is the most complex one.

Anti-bac hand gel. I couln't get the smell of squid off my hands depite washing them like I was ocd . Google to the rescue, and the gel did the trick.

What's really funny is that most of those guys think that if you're toned, but slim, there's something wrong with you - it's all about puffy biceps (look at the advice about working the biceps and shoulders and neglecting the legs, because you can wear long pants).
