Perhaps he shouldn't have been there in the first place and should have been thinking ahead. He could have moved close to the riders, instead he waited until last minute and swerved at them throwing the rider onto the fence.

Ganguro and kogal and gyaru and yamanba and all of that are japanese girls inspired by how western girls look i.e double eyelids, blue/green eyes, tan skin, blonde hair.
