They should have made a jumper with a screen covering the whole front of it and a camera on the back.
Live images from the camera to be dispayed on the screen/material.
Market it as the invisible jumper.
$$$$
you can have that one

Whats the deal with that? You treat it as a real pitch, and place the order, knowing that it'll never be delivered, or what?

The girls really seem to like jumping up and down and screaming this year. That would be instant removal if I was Sugar.
It really is good telly. Set of load of dicks up against each other for entertainment.
Karen Brady really is a hateful woman though. Terrifying that she's ended up in politics.

There's talk she might end up as a London Mayoral candidate.

AFAIK the pitch is treated as real and then the buyers were asked if they would place orders or stock the item after the pitch by the production team. I'm not 100% sure as I wasn't there, but I don't know what would've happened if neither team got any orders at all. We certainly would never gamble on 250 units of something with that price point in the real world.

what's the company & did it not say on the programme? i think i may have had a catnap but only recall JL, JD Sports & an 'online retailer'.

I thought that would be the case, at which point the buyers know that they are playing with monopoly money, which must increase the incentive to spend.
Frankly I felt that the girls would have been better off just going for the coat doing one thing, charging a phone, using the solar panels (on the lapels, rather than the shoulders) to charge a battery that the phone plugged into.

Firebox. We did get a mention by name, which was more than we were expecting. Some good site traffic last night too, with a huge amount of first time viewers. Most of which actually searched the site for the product.
