Sorry to hear about the accident Hillbilly. I suffer from back problems related to disc's too, be very wary of treatment.

The NHS wanted to stick a high voltage through my dodgy disc to 'freeze' it in place. I refused the treatment and so far I'm keeping everything in place with a loose regime of stretches.

Good luck, hope you got witnesses if you want to follw it up.

My dad got two slipped disks (maybe three) and one to two years or so ago started doing some gentle yoga every morning, 10 min or so he now swears by it.

ha you always get me on my homophones Wayne. To be serious though could you please also tell me what the correct spelling should be when you do this. I know my spelling is bad so I do try and check for red lines but homophones e.t.c are alot more difficult. I don't take offense and am always willing to learn but having left all the English teachers behind years ago don't have a nice way of learning so please take the piss but also educate me please.
