Brilliant films all of them, one of the few DVD sets I have bought. Dead mans shoes is one of the best, and my mate did the graphics and titles for 24/7 which i saw at the cinema.

i wasn't overly impressed with This Is England, those skinheads chaps were jolly unpleasant, they seemed to have some kind of problem with foreigners, and as for what they did to that nice black man.. well, all I can say is i'm surprised at you lot being into this kind of thing.

Twentyfourseven is one of the finest pieces of British cinema. I had the pleasure to meet Shane meadows in a pub, he was shocked that I recognized him but was an extremely nice chap.

i thought once upon a time in the midlands was a real letdown.
sorry pj, I didn't mean Once Upon a Time... I meant Smalltime. If I post too early in the morning tings go awry.
I'm totally with skullhead, Smalltime is ace in a crap kind of way. I love the wigs.
Sorry to stress you out pj, I ain't even seen Once Upon A Time....but I maintain that, despite Paddy Consadine's typically brilliant performance, Dead Man's Shoes doesn't quite gel. And that Romeo Brass is outstanding.
