You all seemed resigned to sitting in the northgate or going home. We were already east when we heard mitch was unplayable, I was gutted ( I will not quote what I said to Todd the dissapoinment was compared to).

I was desperate to play, so we went in search of an under cover area. No real joys, although there is almost a ghetto court at smithfields that looks interesting.

After an hr of searching we gave up and rode home via broadway. As Todd explained, i thought it was worth checking the court in the hope we could have a knock about. Conditions weren't too bad so I started clearing. I couldnt post or call anyone to come down because my phone died. If it hadn't I would have tried to coax you all out. With more hands we could have cleared full court in 30 odd mins, but as it turned out, the night became a cosmic training sesh and a newbie night - I was happy with that!
