Could I jump in and ask how your lights are arranged? Do you have to book them/pay on an account and then someone turns out to turn them on, or are they operated by a mobile sim card switch effort?

I don't know if Mitch has been cleared, it is more likely locked up now while they wait for a few weeks to clear it. Can someone check tomorrow morning to see if this is the case?
