I'm out. Got held up in Brighton and have now missed the last train that will allow bikes on before 7.

Get 2 or the XXL laundry bags. Remove both wheels, and strap onto frame. Remove handlebar and strap onto headtube or fork. Lower seat. Wrap bike in laundry bag. Make sure nothing is jutting out, remove pedals if needed. Worked for me.
