Yes, please do mention Westway. I know you'll be plugging HB & LO but it would be great if you can mention the beginners sessions too.

"Interested in giving it a go? There are beginners open sessions on Wednesday evenings at the Westway Sports Centre [postcode], at 7pm. You dont even need your own bike - there are spare bikes available for loan, and you will be given a mallet and ball. Come along, it is free and lots of fun" or something along those lines.
