• Nice evening, I'd like to play, will spin up there for six o'clock, maybe a bit after.

  • anybody got a shimano splined cassette tool they could bring tonight?
    like this:

  • edit: Not in my tool box Josh, sorry.

  • Gorms. Come. You owe me a beer.

  • I will see how I am doing for time emmet as it needs to be dug out.

MAX is in also so we have a game!

  • Ok, I'll play after work.

Mrak, bring my mallet with you.

  • Is anyone there? I'm just getting ready to leave with the aim of getting there for 6:30 but wondered if anyone was already there or going to be there soon?

  • I'm leaving in a couple of minutes.

  • ok cool, I'll eat some cake and then leave

  • should be there at 7 with beginner Extra.

  • Nik, you got the silver/gold tooth done already?

Shit buzz Bells, I hope you heal up quick, its miserable being out of action with injuries.

I also just met Nik, she'd just been to the hospital, with her new metal work!
Hope it isnt giving you too much grief.

  • Thanks for the games NEasties. Good fun, a bit frustrating though, I havent played for six weeks, I feel like I am starting from scratch again every time I've come back after recovery.
My new bike still needs tuning up, the disc / v brake combo is fuzzy.
Cheers to Jack Sandwich for the help.

  • Good to see you recovered and back on a bike Kev

  • Fun games. More tomorrow!

  • Moar! Where? Downs?

  • Yeah, good games... more at downs

  • Yep, tomorrow, in.

  • I miss mitch

  • What do you miss?

    • Sludgy side of death
    • Corner of death
    • Dog shit under cones
    • Winter
  • I miss mitch
    +1

    What do you miss?

    • Sludgy side of death
    • Corner of death
    • Dog shit under cones
    • Winter

    • BIG court
    • Ball doesn't go out
    • No mosquitoes
    • Flat boards
    • The Orwell
  • I agree with you max, except, maybe no mosquitoes, but it has fleas.

  • I also predict that once you move house, you'll prefer Downs, and once I move I'll prefer Mitch.

  • Also, the ball doesn't go out of the court all the time (it's like brick lane again) and there isn't weird poles knocking the ball in random directions. Downs has a great surface. As far as I can tell, that's it.

  • I like downs, it feels like you're in the country.

  • Mitch feels like a dystopic urban battle ground with the new net. That's kind of cool too.
