I wouldn't be keen if I'm travelling up there for throw-ins but if u could guarntee me court time in the shuffle before and after. Looks like a game that would last the whole time period and interesting to watch. That aside pick up is pick up. I should at NE on thurs. If there is not to many it makes sense but let the NE people decide I guess.

Yep, totally understand Adam, will decide tomorrow once we've had a few more responses.
Should be plenty of time for throw ins either side.

Pick up in the NE has been quiet. i'm sure it will be fine. just take your selves out of a few shuffles

I want to play tomorrow, but don't really want to watch a league game.
no offence to the league fixture.

• #13632
Understandable, are there 6 without the league players though? I'm happy to sit out of some throw ins.
Also need to know the general consensus soon and make the decision, am I right in thinking it's just Rupert against the league game?
-
• #13633
only if there are loads of non-league players on a list.

In the old days, league games didn't happen on throw-in nights. But now they do. I think it's lame.
-
• #13636
Then we'd only get to play league games on a Friday, there's throw in nights somewhere every night now.
No problem about us moving the game to another court, just need to sort some refs.

Invalid point andy.
We all know the routines. Tues/Thurs, NE, Weds, Souths. Sat, wherever, and people are relaxed about saturdays, esp if it's at newington, as there's two courts.
It's just frustrating when 6+ turn up, for 2.5 hours of lights, and 1/3 of that time it used up by a league game.

• #13638
Fair do's, as I said, we're easy about it and wanted to put it out as an option. Totally understand the desire to keep throw in nights separate.
League game will be moved to Newington tonight.
-
• #13639
Understandable Gabes, it was just a thought as NE throwins have been a bit quiet recently.
Moved to Newington now so it's all good.

Thanks for moving the league fixture guys! We don't hate you!
Just don't want to see your faces.
Would anyone object to the JAK v Dogma or Pie league game taking place at Mitch on Thursday.
We'll happily play at Newt (pending refs) if it's going to be a big throw in night.
