Are those riser with a 26mm diameter (if so it would be great to know what are they) or is the stem just tightened up a bunch?

Nitto 26mm on a 26.4mm Cinelli 2A stem with a Old Jamaica can shim ;)

Criterium bars I have are original 26.4mm so no need for a shim...

Been back to riding this week and seriously enjoying this. Max tubes and compact geo make it stiff as shit but still comfortable. Pretty much finished aside from a classy wheelset
