6770 is going so cheap that Imma do a dubtap and put it on the commuter/winter .. bye bye gear cables.
Only diff is opting for EW-90 and BTR-2 for the internal set up.
7900 gearset with cassette is up for grab if anyone is keen £245 posted FD, RD, Shifters and 12-25 cassette. Mint.

Picked up this Cougar for the missus.. not much to work on for now except cleaning it, dialling in the position and changing the bartape/saddle; apart from that she loves it. it's actually in great condition and a bargain too... Deddacai Zero tubes, near new drivetrain and the flightdeck works..

Tx ^=^ Hideous? I call that "acceptable in the 90s" ;)
Serial matches Merckx format, so will ask balk but looks likely.
Ironically yellow isn't my fav...I didn't choose the yellow, the yellow chooses me :p

Nice, would look great with a silver stem :)

indeed, I have a similar length Kalloy quill, could do the trick...

Another really easy way to drop weight is by switching the seat post.
Or cut a bit off, I save 70g that way.

Let me know when you've realised it's too small and want to sell!

I need a seat post bolt but finding one is quite tricky. The campag / sugino ones won't fit and needs to be like the one below. Any ideas where I can find one?

@TomvanHalen strong work on the javelin

Didn't someone on here have a Cougar track with matching paint?

I need to find some silvery-blue gear/brake cable outers - or even a matte grey (which may be easier?) to match the silvery-blue of the DT Look logo and top ST 'flash' here , any ideas?
I get it's actually grey-grey (as per the standard Look colourscheme), though on my frame it looks more silvery blue.

Moar LOOK bieks.
Want to get my hands on a black Ergostem in 1 1/8 and an Ergopost in 27.2.
Wheels I have no idea more than low flange silver hubs on dark ano rims.

I'll have an ergo with a 1 1/8 black bit-that-attaches-to-the-steerer yet silver alloy rest-of-it (with the old style narrow handlebar clamp) if that's any good?
basically this (but sadly without the Look branding)
but instead of the silver bit that lets it fit in quill stem forks, it has the black bit from this that allows it to be attahced to a 1 1/8 threadless steerer

Really only looking for a complete black one with markings but PM me a price for it and we'll see. Cheers!

like your frame very much. how much carbon, if any, do you plan to have on it, in terms of stems, handlebars, seatposts, saddles?
-
• #97648
Im starting to envy you quite a lot now.

• #97649
Don't. Envy is a foul feeling. 🚬

Having some problems with my saddle, I've tightened it as much as I can in my seat post, but by the end of one ride it's slid back to the to a different position? The rails look a little worn but not nearly enough to cause it to slip surely? Is there any ways to shim it or something?
We loves the rain
