^I'd clamp on the actual cage mount, not the cage itself. what you done deforms the cage and also scratches your bottle. I learnt that the hard way...

If you can get a piece of old inner tube under the jubilee clip it'll save your paintwork.

zipp service course sl range.
the ramp on the compact (short and shallow) drops is so lovely with a ~15cm saddle-bar drop.I might give a go with the zipp traditional bend, just 130mm drop and they look pretty good...

please don't tell me I need one of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Campagnolo-Record-Alloy-Hidden-Arm-5Th-Chainring-Bolt-Washer-10-Speed-NOS-/281348978228?pt=US_Chainrings_BMX_Sprockets&hash=item4181b4b634http://rover.ebay.com/roverimp/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?pub=5574889051&toolid=10001&campid=5336525415&mpt=[CACHEBUSTER]http://rover.ebay.com/roverimp/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?ff3=2&pub=5574889051&toolid=10001&campid=5336525415&item=281348978228&mpt=4685609
I think you can use any old long(triple?) chain ring bolt. and any 4mm washer/spacer.
You might want to confirm that though. I use a normal double ring bolt as hidden bolt for my single ring chorus set.

Why ? I'm used to, I ride them since 1 year and i've never puncture with them
Humm Open sup cd what's the diférence with the open 4 cd ?
Gilco/SLX whatisis ?I've made a mistake, the rear one is an Open pro anthracite, and the front one an Open pro SUP (UB control)..
I also have some wheelset with Open Sup CD & Open 4 CD but they looks the same..
I guess it's just a question of appelation/generation..I don't know technical differences..Gilco/SLX whatisis ?
Columbus Gilco for the top tube, and Columbus SLX for the rest:

• #95262
Mixed Tubeset used for the build.
Gilco S4? top tube with indents, and SLX for the rest likely. -
• #95263
slx tubes can be crimped, like the the spiral conic, so could be an slx tt
nice lookin ride btw!
sl steel was also crimped, as in the mexicos nuovo and esa, and the super -

So here is my new joy ride for the pass couple of weeks, (Canyon CF SLX 7.0) been enjoying/struggling having a few gears and brakes on the road in London Town. Will hopefully changed the wheelset and brakes once I paid off the initial credit bills for this first.
But so far so good.
Sorry about the poor picture quality, hopefully I will get some better pictures when there is more light and less wind.

Thread is the same, but the shoulder on the proper bolt provides drive to the outer ring when using as a double.

more drive than the compression ?
-
• #95267
It provides a positive drive not dependent on the friction between the ring and crank face.

Made some more mud guards. To accommodate larger tyres and fit without rear rack.
Work very well, quiet and durable. Pretty chuffed.

Is this a crappy frame?

Thinking about buying it to build it up as a cheap tourer.
I can't see why the Veloce wouldn't fit, I've even found the spacer so that problem is solved too.
