Seat angle has gone from what would be deemed 'pro' back to current due to gooch rub.

About 98%* of people who set their saddle significantly nose down do so because they have the saddle too high.

*Like 84% of statistics quoted on the internet, this is a made-up number.

I'm 92% sure a lot of people end up nose-down because when they try a lower, further setback saddle they struggle with the most closed hip-angle part of the pedal stroke. The solution isn't nose-down.

100% of online bike fit is balls. (Get it)

At the moment, that saddle, once loaded is horizontal.

Only the rear third tips up.

If you tipped it up, loaded it would resemble a shallow curve. The tip of which would irritate the lower scrotum. (no matter what height)

It's 24mm... Really hard to find, but I found these on ebay, which is what I have fitted in that picture. No complains at all, really nice.

how did you fit the swing in the bottle cage?

Couple of updates on the Strangler. Just need to buy cables, new seat clamp, chainring, cog and chain.

Probably some slick tyres too, was thinking of 28mm Duranos.

I need to get this built till tomorrow but now realized the crankset i was going to use had some really crappy bearings and no tools to replace em at home, i guess ill fail.
Other than that it wont be complete on time, I like it. Both fit and looks wise. Eager to try it!

I currently dont have a bike thats working properly :/ I crashed the moots road 2 weeks ago and even tho the only visable damage i could find was bars and levers im not riding it till i get a new fork. So thats one more bike to fix. Going to get new fork, bars, levers and wheels and a saddle at a later point since the one on it got some scuffs in the crash.

The moots cx is now just a frameset on a hook since the green one pictured above stole most of its parts.

• I need to find parts and put together 2 other projects, first frame will arrive in a couple of days maybe even tomorrow and then the 2nd one before the month is over. Both bikes im excited about but Im in over my head. Its great fun when you build up that frame you been thinking about for some time but when its 4 bikes and none is really working, its just stressful. I should take note!
