Falls at the last hurdle thanks to the cranks, tyres and chain... Otherwise looks good.

because I thought it would look very flat and uninteresting but it is something special. The frame was built in france and used by the Romanian cycling team during the 60's track championships and then stored for a lot of years in a shed owned a track club and then the national champion found it and rode it for a couple of years winning a few titles on it and the he gave it to me for peanuts. It is an amazing frame it weighs 1,6 kg and rides really nice

New bicycle
Need to black the tyres out.
Dolan Carbon Frame and Forks, Nav wheels etc...
Will hopefully get better, pretty light and fun
Pretty weird frame, it's similar geo to pre cursa but carbon...
Maybe a prototype? Haven't seen yellow decals on a dolan but that might just be me
Damn, better pics?
Looks a lot like the 2008 beijing one that Colin has, from that pic. Wishbone stays?

Sweet, used to have a steel one of these in fluoro orange, great frames. Don't see too many Commencals around really, almost bought this as it was such a good price.
Yep seriously decent quality frame at crazy cheap price - seller was a top guy too. (slight risk buying under-priced jumpbiek.... "selling to fund scooter" or "would consider p/exch for a staffordshire terrier").
Also I have some Saint cranks going cheap if you are interested
splendid, I'll PM you

upstart, did you fit those guards yourself? Very tidy job considering how I've seen them turn out.

I can find literally nothing about this frame... So any info would be lovely :)

Mounted a cassette today that no matter how many times i retried i still couldent get it to fit properly, looked like a wheel out of true. Bit weird to say the least since the other cassette i mounted is straight and the cogs look straight on inspection, just not when fitted.. Maybe im just tired..
That left me with the 14-25 cassette i had planned to go on the cross eventually but i may be a really good "fit" for the intended purpose for this bike with 30mm tires thats going to be abit of a do it all bike. Maybe it was just gods way of telling me my legs cant handle 11-23.

There's a solution for that, some weird recessed nut that also has a spigot for a mudguard attachment. You aren't the first person to fit mudguards to a modern bike.
Those looked neat. Anyone offer these in Europe?
I want those fenders as well. But that price is bonkers. -

They certainly seem to be. Thanks!

No prob - there's probably other sellers too; I saw some on ebay as well.

The frame was built in Taiwan and used by the Hipster cycling team during the 00's tarck championships
ftfy
Couldn't the inner diameter of the tab be made wider so that a recessed nut could fit through? And then it'd be a case of adding a couple of different washers to satisfy both 20th and 21st century bikes.
