...That's what I thought... Great mudgards, although they look quite ugly in their "demountable" version...

but its not black and there is yellow ;)

My only gripe with Genesis is that even their smallest road frames are big for me >:(
Genesis also said they're releasing a 50cm CdF, unsure of whether they'll also do the same with the rest of the range meaning a TT of 51cm (likely).

Ah nice. Mines painted white. Keep thinking about scraping it all off. But that's a lot of work and I'm lazy. Looks good naked.

To be honest I think they're pretty crap, very heavy, and way too thick.

^^^^^ that Fugio up there is an ideal frameset, out of curiosity would someone like ryan oak be able to drill it for internal Di2 cabling? If so possibilities are endless!

cdf's are nice, but they are also pretty damn heavy when you stick mechanical discs and cross wheels on them.
I am very interested in the range of steel road race frames they will be bringing out next year - they've been touting the Volare for about a year now, but it seems to be taking an age to actually get it to market. It had better be priced accordingly as a OTP frame, though.. otherwise I will be be seeing Condor about a super Accacio or Mr Rourke about a stainless.

Forgot when we were talking commuters that I have a recent photo of mine.
Just such a great bike for the purpose. Can't remember if they are 28 or 32c hardshells I've got, but running them around 80psi and tempted to go a little bigger when they wear out.
Epic scoble stack, planning on moving one of the spacers above the stem just not got round to it. I'm all about the comfy.

Have you used them?
I have, and disagree on everything you say,
Of course you can find lighter considering they are mainly made for road/audax with thin tyres (up to 25c max)... But I wouldn't put carbon/plastic blades on a 1950s Holdsworth. -

Yeah, took quite a while to get it fitted on my dad's audax bike.
End up ditchling the 25mm tyres due to the tight brake clearance and does not stick out on the side like the 25mm, and then swapped for an SKS after a couple of month.
Look awesome thought.

You got a lots more stack than I did on my CdF.

While we are talking mudguards - SKS chromoplastics? Best VFM offering?

Look awesome thought. Some are made for 23c only, some for 23-25c, maybe that's the problem. I was using 23c and the clearance was perfect.
They looked awesome on Skully's bike, colour matching the frame, which is when I first saw them in the flesh a few years back. -

New bike behind, old bike that now belongs to a friend in front. -

If i seatstay bridge is a bit rusted but not any structural damage, what would one do to correct it from eating away at the steel?

What rims are they on the Orbit, please?
It looks very nice indeed!...I'm packing for a touring trip today and just made this little thing to hold my rear light, as the seatpost will be hidden when the tent's strapped on.
It's made from a bracket that was on the bike already, bit of old seatpost, a bolt, a washer, a headset spacer, a bar plug and a thing from an old camera tripod. Packed out with a bit of plastic bag to keep it inline.I'm rather pleased:

Chromoplastics are good, well designed and easy to get spares for. Not the prettiest though.

Apparently they're no good but they seem fine to me!

SKS Longboard, actually long enough to prevent your feet and drivetrain from getting dirty (and praised from fellow club rider for not caking them in dirt).

wohoo. mudguard discussion! look what I fitted today:
Its actually a 2011, nude carbon, which has a sweet marble effect rather than standard weave.
