I assume there are easily 1000 suckers who will have hoovered up the numbered first batch at €145, so you'll have to wait for the general production ones at €125, which will probably be £119.99rrp
Yep, I was one of those 'suckers'. I'm very happy with the saddle, it cost me about £125 but I think it's worth it. So well made, so comfortable, so beautiful. The only thing I will say is that it is on the wide side. I think the slimmer, narrower C15 when it comes out will be more popular with road and track bike riders. But for my mtb the C17 is perfect.

Two crap excuses for more bike pics: 1. New tyres; 2. Getting tipped off about a fantastically coloured wall just a few miles from where I live.

Thank you! Yeah, Pro4 Service Course. I've had ~2,000 trouble-free miles on the Pro3 through all conditions on my other bike, and these are supposed to be an improvement. Just 30 miles done today but they feel great. They're supposed to be good in the wet but I've got no intention of testing that out, not on the Sunday best.

-

did some bike stuff for my own this weekend. first, as already mentioned a couple of pages back; the racking up of the graham weigh:
i reckon im not gonna please any aesthetes, but i reckon it compensates in rad factor. customized the rack from a 20 euro bouwmarkt generic dutch omafiets rack:
took me the better part of 3h in the faculty workshop, but happy with the result
[[/URL]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11296434/weigh/2013-08-02%2018.21.03.jpg
the fitting needed some customisation, for which i bought some standard 32mm pipe "fittings". the white is ugly, maybe shouldve done a quick rattlecan, but heey, it ads to ratness.
final result:
love it. do think though that handposition should be lower (only the low syntace stratos), so may need to swap to airwings or so in the future.

on another note, the "garden" looked like this this afternoon:
actually a sad story. this project, a '77 Gazelle Champion Mondial from Reynolds 753 (quite/very rare in original '77 livery) has been lingering since i acquired it like 1,5y ago.
have been gathering parts slowly without any priority in time or money. now ive got everything, i have had to decide to sell the thing due to financing my last semester of studies.
but, NOT before its built and ive done a little ride on her and made some nice pictures to sob at.
enjoyed rubbing her and making her look pwetty. im really loathed to sell..now looks like this on the wall next to '77 twin brother Gazelle Champion Mondial track bike. theyre mixed twins you know..
and 753 goodness:
just a preview, waiting on the chain and pedals to arrive...
