  • i want a c17

  • New tires, Caradice saddle bag (sounds italian in my head...) and things to come:

    Arlequin?

  • ^what bars are they? deda but 26.0mm.. piega's non anatomic? if so, where did you get them?

  • Arlequin?

Yes please but also good luck.

  • oh, and ild stick to black. reckon harlequin wouldnt work on a triple triangle frame; too modern. you could do black on black harlequin..

  • Also red tape on a dark red bike? It will be too matchy-matchy without actually matching.

I also think the frame is a bit too modern, as well as already having a lot going on due to the design.

Just my 2p tho and the rest of the build looks good.

  • There are different valve positions on rear and front corimas? Is the valve hidden by the black stuff on the front wheel ?

    yunolook?

  • Indeed I have, hence the question. I was wondering why (is it standard for rear/front, 650/700, clinchers vs tubulars, or different generations?) As Gaston has seen more 4-spokes than I'll ever I thought he'd tell.

  • Yep! Won't be riding much around town for a little bit, living in Lansdowne for a couple of weeks and working at Coriander in the square so probably quicker to walk by the time I've carried the bike down 3 flights of stairs and locked it up. Moving to Charminster soon though. What are you riding? I'll keep an eye out for you!

Cream Raleigh fixed. Only really ride Bournemouth to Christchurch, and down to the velodrome once a week.

To be honnest I have no idea, I haven't had a proper look yet. just got them this morning, I just wanted cheap 26mm and ordered this and received those, which are different... I'll have a look tonight.

Goop points. I might just do Arlequin Balck on black... Plus I had ordered burgundy Red, but it isn't as dark as I'd hoped. Might just keet the red tape for the Fixeh.

  • ^ the bars are deda piega shallow drop... I think you ordered the anatomical regular drop version.

  • the bike to rule them all.. replaced two of my other rides.

    What stem is this?

  • Thanks yall. Amey, Stem & Rack.

Rodolfo. A Kaffenback i had for touring, and sadly, a Faggin Tourer/Rando i built up this spring. This will do both.

    ^ Already asked and answered!

    thats the whole malarkey.
first, the piega was smooth like the one shown. then, then they changed the model to anatomic and not the name..
ill guess and take a punt and order the 40 cm's; i want to have some of the smooth form ones.

  • its all discussed somewhere in apollo's build thread. too lazy to look up

  • I'm all for colour coding, but that wasp just takes the piss.

  • Gaston, please remove the tape from the rims!

  • ^No way!

    ^^ saw. ;)

  • Gaston, sell me a rear corima 4 spoke track clincher.

  • But I do not have it...

    So, still not porn ?

I have to go there so the big guns... ;-)

  • My stem is too small, sucks
