I am selling a pair of spanking new deep-V rims in completely red anodised finish(no machining)
I've put a thread in the classifieds section. 700c 32hole. In LondonIs £80 a fair price for the pair? will they sell...
cheers

I thought I would put on my budget peugeot build. Frame found in a ditch. Only about £100 spent on it so far. New orange cloth bar tape is on its way and I am on the look out for new pedals, but I am super skint! Yeah, the photo was taken before chain adjustments!

Started my first project today. Picked up a nice Olmo today thats just had a few amputations prior to a powder coating. Should be a nice surprise for the GF's birthday:
Gutted I forgot to take a before pic fully assembled, ah well.. got one from the ad
Got a couple of questions:
Is it possible to use any kind of filler for the brake cable holes if its going to be powder coated.
If not would it be an idea to screw the bottle holder screws into their holes, then file them smooth?
Cheers J -

just built myself up this today from parts kicking around in my garage, from parts that my dad left me.
:)
thinking a smaller cog on the back though, 16 instead of a 20.
just need to tape the bars as well nowGood work.
Your right about the cog, and you'll want to sort some clips/scraps/retention of some kind whether riding with a brake or not.

those silver headset spacers look odd.
The foam composite inside the carbon had cracked on one of the spokes and was obviously making an annoying cracking sound when ridden
It couldn't be fixed as the carbon is sealed and they don't make trispoke clinchers anymore so only option was a 4 spoke or tubular trispoke
