  • soon ridding here in Aveiro (not with me... buááááá!)

  • white bike that had dropouts swapped for track fork ends

    bb looks well low though

  • Some changes in the nun punchers house, we now have wall storage;

As you may notice I also have my Jose Alvarez road bike back from its winter hibernation:

However it has a few changes this year, out are the DHB shoes and Shimano SPD-SL in are these:

I've also installed my new Garmin:

I wanted to get some new tape, but I got called a bike tart...

I'd like some new wheels for Jose, the ones i've got are great but a bit porky. Any suggestions? Need to be 10 speed campag and must be silver.

  • I have look keos for sale if you are interested

  • I've already got some on the bike, thanks though.

  • ah ok, i just have an extra pair :) love the pedals, hate the fact that cleats wear out easily

  • The last better than then shimano ones. I've just seen that 28 hole Mavic Open Sport rims are £14.99 on CRC, maybe i'll get some of them and some Ambrosio Zenith hubs.

  • That mankino is lovely! Was that the one on eBay with the dent in the TT around 56ish?

  • yup

  • Soyo track grips are bastards to get on.

I remember you mocking me last year for trying to get the same grips on after the TFG x Cadence ride. Well Sumo - fuck you!

Long time no see by the way.

  • what seat post are you running man?

Look lovely by the way, forum njs ride, someone plan a route

  • Don't worry, he's honouring your Panasonic by making sure it's also too small for him.
