Kinesis Racelight pretty much completed... Just need to cut off the mud guard metal ends.
Swapped the 105 group set from the Cinelli on to the Kinesis for ultegra/dura-ace but have a whole heap of gear issues... After taking it down to the Pedallers Arms last night it turns out the drive side rear dropout and hanger is bet making the gears near impossible to line up.

project rat almost finished, just need to put 32c tyre in the front and possibly a new cheap crankset
Rode it to work and can't feel any difference in handling with those forks .. Maybe it's just me being thick; Anyway will be doing Rapha Hell of The North on this.
What forks are you using?

Just bought this monstrosity pretty cheap, plan is to:
/Strip paint
/Mavic open pro CD's
/Sram opnomnomnoms
/Thomson finishing kit
/obligatory fsa compact barsHoping to end up with a simple but decent fixed/single training bike, not planning on this being a weenie build, but I've said that before. The bikes disassembled and the frames ready to get glass bead blasted.

Which is why all frames should have replaceable hangers.

well used condition, but nice detailing for a steel mtb, and the tubes are crazy oversized Chromor

compared to my other mtb frameset , the tt is similar and to that which is my norm for road, but the seat tube is smaller
so I hope it's not too small -

Doesn't look like its the hanger, more the stay.

because it looks awesome.
Better pictures of the woodrup. Replaced that lil spacer/washer from the back wheel and put on a 19t cog. Sound has stopped. Remembered how much of a joy it is riding a nice spinny gear.
