  • Jammy, if you ever bend it you could chop it up and make two new frames out of it. = Profit

  • Saddle to BB of 66cm = much more aero.

  • With the front clearances that tight is it worth switching the fork out for something a bit more relaxed?

Looks tighter than it is there... popped a 120 stem on it which I am sure some folks will have opinions about, but I hate short stems and it will slow the steering down a wee bit.

  • That massive bike looks fantastic.

    Tallengers the lot of you.

  • hello guys i need a bit of advice please. last week i leant my bike against a friends whilst locking up. it wasnt really hard at all but clearly hard enough to do this:

so now i owe my friend alot. does anyone know if there is an easy way of fixing this? (eg. buying a new lever casing or what have you) i dont really have the money to pay for a new lever and it seems silly that this flimsy bit of plastic could be holding the whole lever in place?

    any help would be appreciated.

  • Use your poker face?

  • What did you manage to do? I can't see anything.

  • I don't think that little black nobby is there on my Rival levers therefore I assume it serves as a hinge and that he's knocked of the nook that it sits in?

  • If it wasn't a hard lean, maybe the plastic was to weak, no warrantee?

  • This doesn't sound right.

you lean your bike on his, and then suddenly the levers break, and they're not exactly easy to break.

I highly doubt such force of laying your bike beside his would result in that, reckon the lever was broken already that leaning your bike against his was the last straw.

  • sounds like you saved your friends life tell him he owes you money

  • sounds like you saved your friends life tell him he owes you money

this. and he also endangered your life. kill him in the face.

  • Yeah your friend owes you big! Take the rest of his bike as payement but make sure he fixes that lever first.

  • I think the part is: "SRAM Brake Lever Assembly Kit Rival 2011 Right"

    http://www.sram.com/sites/default/files/techdocs/2012_sram_extdt_wheel_hub_spc_rev_c.pdf

  • What finish is this? Do like.

  • The bit that's broken is part of the lever body which supports the lever. SRAM do not offer the body as a spare. Even if they did you would have to disassemble the complete lever and shifter mechanism and transfer it to a new body. You're best bet is look for one on eBay .. I've seen single levers offered in the past.

  • I'm 208cm.

  • he is, nurseholiday is even taller

  • That's an optical illusion.
Because I'm faster than him (FACT).

  • 200cm here

edit: fuck never realised this was

    Approximately 6'7" (6'6 3/4").

I've been telling people I'm 6'4" for the last 5 years haha

  • I'm only 6'2" :(

  • Murts reckons he's 5'10". I'm 2-3 inches taller than him but measure 5'10". How so?

  • platform shoes?

  • Built-up shoes...

  • 6'3"
