Oh, I'm used to toeclips and straps, Campagnolo SGR and Adidas System 3.
And maybe these will stay NIB forever...
Just for the collection. -

Got the road bike finished up on Friday night.
Came in at 8.5kg on the money... not too bad considering it's ally, and got heavy winter wheels on. (and knogs for some reason?)
Went for a pretty sweet ride out to Peaslake with the Grupetto today. I'm well happy with it. Massive improvement on the Ciocc. Really nice in the climbs... The Super Record shifts amazingly even under power out of the saddle. Has some white Keo 2 Max's on now.
Need to get a decent stem when I have figured out what length I need... Will prolly get a seatpost to match. Think I'll switch the saddle for a white Regal-e too.
Want to get some nice light climbing wheels, then i'm done.I should take some decent photos... but I cant really be bothered.
Next project is re-spraying the Ciocc to sell on...

Judging by the fact JimBilly is in the background, I'm guessing this was done at Brixton Cycles.

Yes.. BC.
Me, Jim and Emilie Object had a beer drinking, pizza eating, and bike building party on Friday night. Obviously Em didn't eat any Pizza. He had hummous. He doesn't eat anything that casts a shadow.
It was fun! -

Okay, i know i asked a similar question a while ago on this thread, got some very helpful reply's to, but i need some spd's in a hurry!
So now i'm just wondering if any one has any experience with mtb shoe's on a road bike?
Just wondering because i want to ride with spd's, but for various reasons i may need to do a bit of walking, which would be easier with mtb style spd's i guess?
