Tried to get my Giro D'Italia bars onto my ITM Eclipse stem last night.
I thought ITM's were 25.8/26.0, but there's no way I'm getting them on the (26.0) bars.Any ideas if the ITM came in 25.4 or/and 25.8/26.0?
I think they did an MTB version of the Eclipse as well as the normal 26.0 road version. You can spring it open by inserting the clamping bolt into the thread from the wrong side and putting a 5p across the plain hole for the end of the bolt to push against. Do it while inserting the bars, and don't turn the bolt any more than you absolutely have to to get the bars in.
What make are the bars? Cinelli 64 "Giro d'Italia" will be 26.4. You can put 26.4 bars in a 26.0 Eclypse, or 26.0 bars in a 25.4, but 26.4 bars in a 25.4 Eclypse is probably pushing it too far.

+1. The Bosomworth is the tits.

Hot new wheelset there too. Is that Campag rear hub and Suzue front? Rigida rims? Radial rear? So many questions!
What he said.
Looks like a Suntour Superbe Pro front to me.
Jambon, that bike is glorious.

Ok, I now remember reading about that solution before, but apparently forgot. I'll give it a try tomorrow. Thanks!
My 64's are 26.0 for sure. I measured them myself and it was confirmed here:

maybe its the bottle cage...
Actually now that I think about it, its probably because i took the cleats off it...
