Now that my frame's powder coated, I've started to build it up. Still gonna change the criterium bars to some narrower racing bars.

That's an awesome colour, what frame is it? oddly remind me of the Pinnacle alu road frame.

The only thing I know is that it's an alu track fram Prorace. This is the frame before the paint job.

Thanks mate. Yes it is a tub, i'm a bit nervous about it but i'm hoping that the gatorskin tub will be as tough as the clinchers. I have to say i was really surprised how noticeable having a light weight front wheel is.

Cheers, i wasn't sure if i'd be pleased with it. I think it was the purple head set that worried me, but im very pleased with how its come together.

I can't even tell it's purple. I can imagine that's very nice to ride.

I think im switching my everyday bike to a crappy dolan precursa but that has integrated headset so i wont have any bikes with a non integrated any more

I reckon you need to butcher the forks and bring those clearances in if you're going down the DIY faux pro route...

haha yeah, tbh that was the only damage (to me) sustained during a 20mph crash into a car.
