Been converting my friend's old Raleigh Record Ace into a fixed wheel winter bike for him (pedals were temporary to test ride the bike);
Which mean, Campag groupset for me! (crankset not campag);
Forget to clean the front and rear dérailleur annoyingly enough, that'll go on the road bike that currently have Shimano.

That must be a year or so after mine, I got GranSport that looked like Nuovo Record with my Record Ace

Google fu is weak today - does anyone know where I can buy a 16/19 ENO Dos freewheel? I've read about them on various forums but I can only find the 16/18 and 17/19 for sale.

Dolan frame is a cracker. It's a serious build.

Give will at hubjub a call - they may be able to order from WI if its not in stock.

Cheers dude, I love that frame to bits. Sadly, that is why it had to go to the carbon doctor ;) All ok now though!
I'm going to build up some light clinchers for it so I can use it for the occasional hill climb.

Yeah, I emailed them and Tokyo Fixed, as well as a couple other WI dealers.

Likely so, it's a mixture, campag derailleurs/shifter with Suntour freewheel/crankset.

Suntour Ultra6 14-28 freewheel and SR "Super Custom" 144mm pcd crankset are the same as mine, as are the levers and FD, but yours seems to have acquired a Victory RD, maybe not original. I think the only part I still have off that bike is the fluted SR Laprade seat post, still cluttering up my parts bin. OE brakes were Weinmann 605 with matching (non-aero) levers.

I also had the Laprade seatpost and Weinmann brakes, kept the handlebar (Sakae) cause it was a nice shape to be used with modern aero levers, freewheel is bang on too, good thing as I needed to replaced the 14-28 on my road bike.
The Campag Victory S3 dérailleur is definitely not the original as the spec of your Record Ace matched that one exactly.

I've got a fluted Laprade seatpost on one of my bikes at the moment.
What a pointless post this was.

If you have a small undercarriage maybe you can ride with a flat saddle, but if I ride with a flat saddle no matter what I do (different saddle, different height etc) I still get numb nuts.
When you've been trying for a baby for nearly 4 years, suffered 2 miscarriages, a cancer scare, and now be moving on to IVF, believe me when you do anything to avoid numbness down there.
Riding with that kind of angle suits me.Have you tried something like a Concor? I can't ride more than a couple of miles on a flat bench type saddle but I find the Concor super comfortable.

^ Cranks are White Industries.

• #53466
shifters are sram (red?)
-
• #53467
I think the group is SRAM Apex with the wide-range (11-32) cassette.

Big ring with the small ring of a triple is a winning combination;
-
• #53473
I was sure front mechs could only handle a shift between no bigger than 16 teeth.
Either way that^ is not a win!

In the picture - 50/28 with 12-28 cassette.
