just finished this...
"she's" not a new build (as you can see). She's a time trial bike that was used by Firmino Bernardino to win the Portuguese "tour". Two big chainrings... I also restored his stage bike. I showed "her" here some months ago.Firmino Bernardino is more than 1,92m tall.

Forks look odd, they obviously just changed the dropout of the TT fork to make a track fork with less offset.
