Bulemia is not a laughing matter. And you're just jealous as I can actually afford to eat.
It's not Bulemia....it's being a greedy cunt and then feeling guilty about it..;)

Says the man who keeps his food in his own bedroom. I eat less than you fatty. So much less that I don't feel the need to buy a home gym. You know all the bullshit in the brochure about losing a few pounds was talking about GBP not weight right? -

I have to cos i can't afford to feed your fruit shortcake habit a moment longer.
And the gym is there to help you lose that pot belly....or didn't you know the GBP in the brochure refered to 'Great Big Potbelly' ?

Lowest of the low. The fruit shortcake habit is yours. I know I bought two packets today but they were both for you. And I like my pot belly.

The first stage of recovery is admitting that you have a problem. In your case though I'd be concerned as the first stage is probably trying to work out which problem to tackle first.

I recently Knocked these up, haven't had a chance to test them out yet, but they certainly won't cut your foot in two, they're hella beefy. Just need some washers yet to strengthen the holes a little, although it's pretty damn strong seat belt with holes melted through to seal the fibres.
maybe slippy cause of the webbing you used, but please let me know how you get on cause they look sturdy as hell

I done made some powergrip-alikes
I'll have a proper go with them tomorrow, though a run up and down the road felt promising. Bag-strap material, doubled over (lengthways), machine stitched and bolted on.
I've got a feeling I might have to add a quill to my pedals so I can flim em overIt's all about the Archie's 'Strap ons'.....shame he stopped making them...;)

I done made my stem all purdy...
I was a bit bored, so I did this as an experiment, polished up the stem a bit, cut some masks out with a stanley knife from masking tape, bead blasted the stem, then peeled it off... et voila, rococo FTW

didn't you not asked to included glitter in the pink?
Nope, no glitter. I couldn't quite bring myself to do it. maybe I should have. Oh well.
I also managed to rebuild my 105 caliper having got it powder coated, which I am so chuffed with. At one point it wasn't looking too rosey.
I want to ride it so much. :(

glitter make the paintjob look like metallic, either way it should be great once it build up!

@celadon, that looks pretty damn good.
might be better reversed, because the blasted bits will oxodise in time.Cheers, yeah I was gonna do it the other way around, but that required more polishing, and I couldn't be bothered, especially getting in all the 'crooks and nannies' with a huge polishing wheel. I'm gonna try rattle can clear coating it, hopefully that will lock in the surface so it doesn't oxidise and dull... maybe.

took an hour or two, quite fiddly, plus I'd had a pint... of baileys

Yeah. I've never been a fan of metalic's. At least not on my bikes. That said I'm thinking I should have gone for a lighter/greyer blue with a glitter lacquer on the frame. But oh well. Its done.
If I don't like it once its built up I can always have the frame repainted down the line.
BLB have finished my wheels. So It looks like this evening will be spent finishing putting it together. Woot. So glad I'm not going out now.
