On the non drive side.
Front - in front of the fork pointing up.
Rear should face forward underneath the chainstay.
All these are imo. Plenty of people will disagree.
To tension the QR. Put it at 90deg open, tighten until you feel it start to brush the frame. Close the QR

Didn't I read somewhere that for disc braked wheels, the mechanics like the QR driveside since it reduces the risk of getting burned from a hot disc?

Which mechanics? XC riders don't have mechanics, CX riders swap bikes not wheels (and they have only been allowed discs for a few months anyway) and DH riders don't have QR skewers.

I've no idea, maybe one of the Q&A things on Velonews? I remember it because I thought it made sense for me since my mtb is single speed and I had it set up with QRs non-driveside out of habit, but after thinking about it, I figured I should run drive side since there is just more room on the drive side given that the discs and calipers are on the left and there is no mech or whatnot at the rear to get in the way. I imagine I'll live out my life without ever having an issue with a hot disc causing a problem changing a wheel, but regardless, on the SS set up, it looks more balanced running QRs driveside.

Pisti, what child trailer are you getting to go along with that frame?
-

I've never liked the forks on the Corima. They don't seem to fit in with the frame

Biggest waste of a frame ever. ;)
