  • Nice to know you took your inspiration from me too :-)

  • Don't know yet, Lea.
Everything went on smoothly, so probably just wrong crankarm.
    I'll look into it tomorrow.

  • Nice to know you copied me too :-)

    ftfy :)

  • My flatmates bike that I dropped off at Armourtex for a lick of RAL 6019. Turning it into a fixé...

My Leader build. Seat post a touch too big methinks. Next step is a set of 40mm deep wheels from Varno when he gets the Miche Primatos in...

  • Bob Jackson ready for track league

  • Why the change of heart from using the BMC on the track?

  • 6019 is nice. I had my girlfriend's Raleigh dutch loop style frame done in that colour, then did the headbadge in white with red lug lining. Looks ace.

  • wha happened to the BMC??.. Just for proper racing and SQT's??

Fork turned up today by the way... Thanks a bunch..... just waiting on the Headset from PX now. Itching for HH to open next month!

Why wait, the novatech hubs really are excellent

No change of heart just not rode the BJ for ages so wanted to give it a run out at the league.
BMC is awsome by the way

  • Now THAT's a Cinelli/MASH I would ride :-)

We knew this day would come.

  • pisti has lost his edge...

  • I love the Geo of the MASH & Vigorelli but the paint jobs are horrible,

    That is absolutely lovely!

Hobo, did you clear coat the frame?
Asking as I have an alu Dolan I am planning to strip but unsure if I need to protect the bare alu surface.

No, I have left it and am just going to see how it fairs. Pisti recommended these to me and im passing the recommendation on: www.acmf.co.uk did an awesome job polishing mine all for a reasonable £70.

  • Thanks for the tip,
I will strip the frame and see what the frame is like underneath.
I remember in the powdercoat thread reading that you should just need to polish the metal.

  • eamesey.....where/what are those lush bars ?????

Anyone have one lying around before I throw £10 at ebay and demand results?

  • @dicki - how home made is the brooks? Looks really good!

  • just an old knackered one left out in the rain for too long .. looked all brown and cracked
just got a wood chisel and took off the hard crusty top and gave it a quick going over with a wire brush to bring up the " suede "
