Plus if the bits were worth anything he'd have actually named what they are. And it looks like a freehub with spacers to me, rather than fixed, but I might be wrong.

Plus the brake lever is on the wrong side. Although I think it makes more sense for signalling with your right hand...

I wouldn't pay £166 for it. Maybe if it had half decent parts, drop bars and white/polished aluminium parts I would.

^ ah it has a converter on a normal screw-on hub. So the hub isn't one made for fixed gear.

surprisingly so, I've tried a raleigh shopper and those awful italian shopper that flex like hell, but the Dawes despite not being as nimble as the other, is a lots more relaxing to ride, I can see what you mean when you told me you rode across London on it.

Bikefix don't stock the 2 speeds kickback coaster hubs sadly, so I'm getting a singlespeed coaster brake instead, also got new tyres on which make a huge difference, was going to install the fatter Big Apple tyres, but doesn't fit annoyingly.
