There are so many variants of bars - it is nice to finally find ones that suit!
I prefer north bars around 60cm wide with about 5cm rise.
Any more rise does feel very comfortable, however I do not like the aesthetics...
Like those B483, not to my liking at a rise height of a amighty 95mm -

Very un-vince, its not ugly?!?

It is for the GF - I am under strict orders.
The bike would look nice with a brown suede Turbo.

I'm perfectly content with my current frame but hmmmmm
It's fun to fantasise sometimes, sigh..:)

Those 3 just joined the project pile.
Two horrors and...
A dreamy MBK in Columbus Thron Custom steel with a full Mirage groupset.
Serviced it 3 years ago for my brother's wife- the bike subsequently sat on flat tyres in their garage.
Needs new tape (shame has it was new Cinelli cork tape in 2016), cables switched à l'anglaise and new tyres.
That bike hasn't seen 300 miles!

MBK is interesting, how much?

I was going to fit a brand new white Turbo saddle, white fizik bar tape and new 25mm tyres then list it at £325.

How much as it is?

I can bring into town for £250

Tempting... Let me sleep over it.
If there's anything I'll change, I'll put on some Deda bars and keep everything else as it is.

I have spare Soma HWY One in 26.0mm that would fit...

Time to replace the Conti Race Kings with something knobbier for winter. There will be snow, there will most of all be wet and wet snow.
Suggestions? (26”)

Nice one! I turned slightly different pink step through Mercier (with Reynolds 531 though) into a commuter/tourer for my GF. I reckon the bars in this one are from Pelago.

Mercier had a wide range of shades of pink - I love them all!
I have fixed up and sold a few on here:

3rd re-build in 2 weeks but I think it'll stay like this for a while. Drop bars and Campag Record bits returned to the parts bin and this time around it's risers and Sram 8 speed, cheap and reliable.

Ordered for a rebuilding of my rim brake cyclocrosser a 650B wheelset at Pacenti in UK, paid, and got shipping info 10 minutes later – they must have been waiting for my order!
Also I cleaned and lubricated my fancy Busyman handlebartape, which I ordered drunken a while ago together with a saddle, all now kangaroo leather. That cost almost as much as a disc brake frameset would have cost! I just looks disgusting somehow:

Now you say it:
I’ve got a couple of bikes with bars in that range (one of them maybe 52mm), I prefer them after experimenting with wider ones. Having narrow shoulders for my height is part of the reason I suppose.
