Great! Yeah, could you do one of 14th or 15th July?

Kinda current because it's in flux as it stands.
All City Dropout city bruiser.
Kinesis crabons will get exchanged for raw octane one kode fork. When this mudguards will get installed. -17degr. stem on the cards. Built a matching rear wheel and will go 35c schwalbe g one tubeless. Ballache that the ones I got from kleinanzeigen aren't tle as advertised.
Fun! -

That’s rad. Deserves a nicer chainring

• #119808
That looks like a lot of fun. Does that mean the kinesis forks will be going up for sale...

Thinking a new commuter build.
Would like
Steel frame & forks
Relaxed geo & low trail forks for front rack
Clearance for 650b 2.35/60mm tires
Disc brakes
Full mudguards
Internal cable routing
Flat bars
Dynamo lights front and rearSingle speed is fine, geared is also fine. Don't care if its heavy.
Any idea about what frames I should be looking at? -

thanks guys!
To be honest the flite is white but I photoshoped it into black.
I'm trying to find a black saddle (that I like) for it -
• #119817
cheers! it is!
kinesis forks are going on the kode, sorry..
chainring is alright, its a 130bcd crank mind. -
• #119818
I'll buy the white flite if you're getting rid of it!
I have a nearly new black flite in new condition if you'd swap?
-
• #119819
A white Flite would look absolutely ace on my bike but my arse cheeks don't approve. (Good luck with swap!)
-
• #119820
Ooh if we’re talking swaps I’ve got a black and yellow (half n half) flite that i can offer and throw some cash in, as white flites are generally more expensive.

No worries. I'm a fan of Goldtec chainrings. Only go down to 44t though.

• #119822
here it is without photoshop :)

Let me know if you're getting rid of it as I'm definitely interested!

• #119824
did you have to drill the rear brake bridge to fit those calipers?

I know originally you said secondhand might be alright - older Cotic Roadrat hits all boxes except internal routing. Oldest one has reverse-disc on the fork which means no dynamo, newest is carbon fork, you want the model in the middle with steel 9mm bolt-thru fork (lets you run QR too obvs). Track ends + derailleur hangar lets you SS properly whilst still being able to run gears. Check @kgrev for it's sister bike in full tour mode.
It's not fancy steel so a little heavy and a little noodly under heavy loads but fun to ride and super-versatile.
Alternatively, if you don't like super-sloped top tubes then Brother Kepler Disc might be the one. Again, no internal routing though but they do come with sick fades.
Start cabling up bike. Realise I bought band-on mech and frame takes braze-on. Turn the air blue.
