New SE Draft Lite, changed some bits.
Spesh 80mm stem, nukeproof warhead bars cut to 720mm, federal grips, avid levers, carbon spacers, 37c conti ride tour tyres, prologo saddle, carbon fsa post, guard and lights, mostly from the spares box/other bikes littering my flat.

It's a 12. Originally the one with the grey fork but i sprayed it black.

The tyres on there at the moment are 23's but come up at 25 on these wide rims.

I guess this goes in here.
Trying to make my only 'complete' mtb a bit more, well, complete.
I put some gears off a left in the garden to die bike on it.
I dont think I measured the chain right, is this extreme? I think its at 36x28 might be 38x28. I should check really.

New tyres (38mm Gravel King SKs) & bars (Ritchey Streem Comp) day! Just figuring out the bar angle before wrapping with Zipp SC CX tape & some Fizik gel pads.

Bought this unhappy looking Cinelli Starship today. Which has a surpluss Alter stem to act as a rear brake bridge/saddle clamp. Funky and light frame. No immediate plans but I'll only keep the frame of this build.

Did find this while disassembling the bike, which led to a frantic search for cracks. Fortunately there don't appear to be any.

I reckon that's an attempt to stop the post slipping down. Check the clamp tightens enough
