I have an All City Nature Boy disc. I want to run it with gears. Whats my options?

IGH are great but they have a few downsides. They can be heavy and you can normally feel some gears are less efficient than others, but they are great.
Depends what you want to do with it really...

Derailleur adapter will be less hassle with a puncture than a hub gear regardless.

I saw a bike in the window of an office next to my apartment a few days ago and made some inquiries. Ended up picking it up last night and stripping it down.

It's an SMG, plan is just a quick cheap build to last a few months while I await another project to complete. Has a very short top tube though so will see how well it fits first.

I was doing so well this summer, cutting my stable to three bikes. Now at six after bidding on this CAAD while drunk during the weekend. No regrets. I needed a Dale.

Plans are to build a cheap, but fucking fast bike. Picking parts from the bin and classifieds.

Frame was £190, picked up these bits for 85. Have an old Red crank I can use + brakes.
