If you're splitting, I might well be interested in cranks and single speed kit...

Fichtel & Sachs
I got my 60s era single coaster from this guy - the thing looks virtually brand new and functions beautifully.

I'm in wet & snowy Sweden. I've got shimano XT hubs on my daily commuter. After two years I couldn't take it anymore and opened up the hubs despite repeated checks indicating nothing being wrong with them. There was nothing wrong with them. They looked like new, in fact. I'd gotten new ball bearings and grease already so serviced them anyway. Don't know how rs505 compare but I'm a fan of shimanos.

Ambrosio Bike ribbon 'Colours'
Can't find it online, where'd you get it?

Don't know how rs505 compare
They don't look as well sealed as XT, whereas the FH-CX75 looks like the result of an XT MTB hub having a one night stand with an Ultegra road hub. Whether that makes them worth 3 times the price is moot.
FWIW, I've never been a big fan of Shimano's OE grease, so I usually replace the the balls with rounder ones and pack with my favourite grease as soon as I get them.

I Stupidly ordered the cx-75 originally, not realising it was 28h and sent it back. I've just ordered the rs505, I can't really justify going for something pricy like hope or DT. I've not problem, repacking/ servicing the hub. Whats the tester approved grease?

Fffu, you're right! Steerer ID is 18,7mm.
Wouldn't happen to have an expander around that size.Concerning the spacers, going to have a few 3D printed out.
Will see how that goes and maybe order some if not content. -

I've got one which should work at 18.7mm, I'll throw it in the envelope with the spacers once you've realised (either by thought or experiment) what a terrible idea 3D printed headset spacers are :-)

hey Gaston, can you tell me the brand and model of the handlebars?
I ask you this because it's hard to find a handlebar (compact) that can fit the dura-ace stem clamp "head". The one you have there looks pretty good -

The excitement after I saw that DHL delivered last pieces of the puzzle to a neighbour turned to shit when I got home and after ringing all the bells realized that a neighbour that goes by that name doesn't exist. Apparently DHL will get back to me tomorrow.

Building a geared beater from a freecycled GT cirque. Parts bin build to see if its just a bit big or too big. Will get fatter tyres and possibly a rack if I commit to this frame, if its too big I will look for a frame in my usual size (53-55) and transfer the parts.

Found, they delivered it to LBS which is on the same adresse, but yesterday evening the working staff didn't know about it.. In other words I took a day off from writing the thesis and the build will start this afternoon.
Is it ok to file away at the bung, I think it would be just +/-0.5mm at the expanding part and +/- 1mm at the lip? Is it ok to run it with no spacer on top?

I had this faux old school front light on the Argos but it was useless as it wasn't well sealed and when the switch got a whiff of moist it would switch on and stay on.
Got 2 little torch style front lights freecycled so have attached them to the rack. Fit and work perfect.
Also fitted 32c gravel kings after enjoying the 28s but wanted more Cush.

Dibs if you get rid ;)
Change some parts around on my beater including rear sprocket for first time ever. Quick question, is there any way to remove Miche carrier system using lock ring wench, or do I need to buy one with a chain whip?
