OK, useful to know.

do thin spacers exist? I'm looking for 1" spacers for under a salsa ahead stem, maybe 10mm or so under and 5mm on top, but all my alu ones are too chunky and don't sit flush...

Ti spacers are often thinner than aluminium ones.

Other than testers made, I've seen nitto made spacers (about 500 yen) in blue lug Tokyo.

look for a perfekt sized tube and make them DIY, ive done it a couple of times and it works fine if you find a tube that fits!

Excellent bars, great sweep, stiff, cheap... 10/10

look for a perfekt sized tube
Easier said than done. This is pretty close, but the bore may come up just shy of 1" depending on the tolerances. The 1⅜"×10g I used for my spacers should have been under 1⅛" bore based on the nominal dimensions, but fitted perfectly and I just had to turn down the OD to get the wall thickness right, so 1⅛"×16g may be worth a punt for 1" spacers. You could always hand ream it to size, as it's only going to be about 0.002" under if it's exactly the nominal size.
Of course, a proper tart would make the spacer taper so that it blended into the headset upper cover and the stem perfektly[sic] :-)

I took a tube from a bikeframe and i have ride maybe 2000k with those DIY spacers, no problem at all.

Or couldn't you just get some 1 1/8" steel streerer offcuts and cut them to the right length?
-IF you're looking for 1" spacers. -

Quick seatpost change on the way out the door this morning, just need to put it down a 1/2 cm, adjust the angle slightly and then it ought to be about done for a while.

Yes, as long as you get the faces parallel pretty much any lump of metal will do the job. As @ObiWomKenobi is using a CK headset, I'd be even more concerned than usual about getting the faces precisely parallel, as the original CK upper didn't use a proper collet, so it relied on the compression being square more than a Dia Compe patent model, which tends to get the upper bearing co-axial with the steerer pretty well even if the pressure is not uniformly distributed around the circumference of the collet.

As long as the wall thickness is 1.6mm or less, that would work.

Because of the angle of the sweep, they feel plenty wide.
Really I can't imagine you not liking them.
Winter's coming, so I'm not going to be riding fixed gear for a while.
My track bikes:
Probably going to put some more classic silver parts on this. Don't know anything about the history of this frame (apart from Austin Texas) so I'm quite open on what to do with it.
My race/travel bike. Really needs new wheels. Apart from that I'm super happy with this.
Just put this back together after over a year of being unused. Would like to find a 1" stem for this but it'll be hard to find one in 17deg.
This is nowhere near done. Just slapped on what I had in hand to feel if it rides straight after trying to align the frame. I've got a lot of original parts, but it's all pretty shit, so they wouldn't make the bike very nice to ride.
